We worship an eternal God, who delights to meet with His people. Our worship will seek to reflect this reality. Therefore, our worship blends the traditional forms that have been utilized by God's people down through the ages with worship forms that reflect our location in the 21st century culture of Southern California. Everything we do in worship will be according to the principles laid down in Scripture.

Small groups are a core means to reach all three of our goals. We worship, pray and study the Scriptures together in these groups; we provide focused and personal care through these groups; we seek to reach out to others through these groups.
|
|
|
In due time, these groups may provide the core for additional church plants. Because of our commitment to spreading the good news of Jesus Christ and the importance of personal relationships in the Christian life, our long-term vision is for multiplying new churches rather than seeking to grow a single large church. We will seek to maximize the number of these small groups, which will be a key means of developing leadership gifts and implementing pastoral oversight.

Children are a gift from the Lord. They too are part of our congregation. We seek to organize the ministries of our church accordingly. The worship and preaching are comprehensible to all ages. We also continue to add programs, as the Lord enables us, to minister to children and young people within their own age groups, as well as within their families. The goal of these programs is to train our children to take full part in the covenant community, sharing the vision of the church and reaching out to peers presently outside the church.
